8. Account Suspension & Closure

• Extended periods of inactivity (12 months or more).
• At the user's own request.
• By court order or legal obligation.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw any available balance before closure. A ৳100 monthly maintenance fee may be charged on inactive accounts.
